All LexBlox Services are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.
1. How Services are delivered
- Subscriptions, courses and test series are delivered by activating access on your LexBlox account, normally within seconds of a successful payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your payment ID, what you bought and its validity. Your account also shows it under Subscriptions.
- You access the Service by signing in with the same account on the relevant portal (for example semester.lexblox.com) or in the LexBlox app.
- Online events are delivered through the joining link sent to your registered email. In-person events take place at the venue announced for that event.
2. If access does not appear
If your access is not visible within 30 minutes of a successful payment, sign out and sign in again with the same account. If it is still missing, email support@lexblox.com with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID. We will activate it or, if that is not possible, refund you as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Physical items
If a physical item is ever offered (such as a printed member ID card or event kit), its delivery method, timeline and charges will be stated at the time of the offer.
